- Abstract
System operation in presence an important percentage of Wind and Photovoltaic Power Plants represent a challenge which must be solved in both benefits system and users - including Power Plant owners. Taking in mind that the renewable targets of Romania (20-20-20 of Kyoto agreements and European directive 714/2009) are achieved, it can be considered that, during 2014, the level of PVPPs and WPPs penetration is stabilized, without others significant increasing and the Romanian system begin to be mature in the new conditions, and the modality of operation stable. Which are the specifically aspects of operation and the behavior in the grid of the renewable power plants of point of view of control loops and the impact on the system, are subject of the paper. The summarize the analyze of control loops: active, reactive power and voltage, for different type of power plants highlighting the evolution from the schema, tests to normal behavior and grid incidents. There are also analyzing the main solutions of put in practice of the requirements of NT 30 regarding the exchange of reactive power with the system of PVPP and WPP. The structure of the dispatch control and the integration of renewable in the NDC structure are other important subjects of the paper. Those ones highlight the modality of operation of renewable with them advantage and disadvantages occurring from the cohabitation with classical generation and active users in the grid.
