The article focuses on a study of an 18-year-old man with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. His Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the lumbar spine found large epidural hematoma with compression of the cauda equina. He was given cryoprecipitate and his blood count and international normalized ratio were normal.
