- Abstract
The article focuses on the proliferation of rotavirus in red squirrels from Scotland. The initial; polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analyses confirms the occurrence of rotavirus. Study shows that the squirrels with transmission electron microscopy (TEM)-negative samples present intussusceptions. Another study detects an antibody response to murine laboratory strains of rotavirus in grey squirrels.
