- Abstract
The article describes a case of rare case of paraneoplastic Cushing syndrome (CS) seemingly associated with non-small cell squamous lung carcinoma (NSCLC) in a 69-year-old male patient. The patient was admitted to hospital for the evaluation of refractory hypokalemia and metabolic alkalosis. He presented with markedly lowered renin aldosterone levels. He was managed with spironolactone and potassium supplementation.
