The article presents a clinical image of an isolated pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis. The case involves a 45-year-old woman presented with chronic cough and exercise intolerance of 2-months duration. Her medical history includes smoking and diverticulosis. Results of an open lung biopsy showed infiltration of Langerhans cells, lymphocytes and eosinophils.
