- Title
MIXING DRUGS IN SYRINGE DRIVERS IS BREAKING THE LAW.
- Authors
Pountney, David
- Abstract
The article provides information on mixing drugs in syringe drivers. It is stated that mixing drugs in a syringe driver has legal implications and is breaking the law because such action can give way for the creation of new and unlicensed drug not covered by present legal framework. The article explores more of the dilemma faced by nurse prescribers. Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in Great Britain are also mentioned.
