- Abstract
The article offers tips to nurses, midwives, and nursing and midwifery students on how to detect signs of potential health issues in their colleagues and ways to help them. Among the behavioral and physical signs are unpredictable mood swings and poor hygiene, the factors hindering professionals to report their concerns like peer protection, and how said professionals can openly discuss and seek support within their team regarding their issues.
