- Abstract
The article talks about the need for property managers to provide commercial real estate services to tenants which presents a positive customer experience and how it affects tenant satisfaction and loyalty. It looks at how property managers should understand the vision of clients for their investments in the property, build relationships with tenants for understanding their needs, and notes the policy of companies towards customer experience and their employees who understand its importance.
