In the Post-subsidy Times of domestic new energy cars,in which subsidies are reduced and/or cancelled,two marketing and promotion patterns for new energy cars,i.e. "Subcontracted Leasing with Common Property Right"and"Green Sharing with Time-divided Leasing",may be adopted,in which measures are taken synchronically at both the demanding and the supplying sides. This article proposes thinking for solution of new energy car promotion in Liuzhou region and similar cities and a scheme for exchange and discussion to raise new energy car inventory all over the country.
