- Abstract
The article evaluates the impact of leaked information in the formation and content of the rules of International law. It presents the example of Wikileaks, an international online organization which publishes secret information and news leaks, aiding the growth in availability of leaked information. It also illustrates some law sources, specifically following the laws of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), in analyzing the role of leaked information in the formulation of a law.
