According to quantitative research methods, 406 teachers working in the Beşiktaş district of Istanbul province in the 2022-2023 academic year, who were determined by convenience sampling method, voluntarily participated in the research designed in the relational survey model. The research data were collected with a data collection tool consisting of personal information form, job satisfaction scale and servant leadership scales. The obtained data were evaluated in computer environment by means of SPSS 22.0 statistical programme. As a result of the research, it was seen that teachers had high level of job satisfaction and school administrators had moderate level of servant leadership characteristics. It was determined that there were significant positive relationships between all dimensions of servant leadership and job satisfaction, but only the service understanding and development dimensions of servant leadership positively affected teachers' job satisfaction and increased it by 39.4%, while the other dimensions of communication, honesty and management skills did not affect teachers' job satisfaction.
