- Abstract
Today, one of the most important issues for consumers is the environmental sensitivity of businesses. Businesses that do not have environmental awareness, do not endanger human or animal health, do not resist pollution, and do not engage in environmental activities can be changed by consumers by comparing them with their environmental competitors. This situation directly affects the marketing activities of the enterprises. In today's marketing world, concepts such as sustainability, social responsibility, environmental awareness, tendency to purchase environmentally friendly products, conscious consumer are frequently discussed and attract the attention of consumers. According to the results of the research, it has been found that consumers' attitudes towards the environment have a positive and significant effect on their intention to purchase environmentally friendly products and on the behavior of purchasing environmentally friendly products.
