- Abstract
With the development of the movement of student movements in the seventies, a period of conflicts between generations increased and the authority was opposed. Later on, the liberty movement developed and libertarian and independent understanding began to prevail in almost every field. This trend eventually manifested itself in the field of literature and the concept of libertarian literature was born. Apart from the impositions of adults, works have been started to be written that give young people a voice and express their world and subculture. The child and youth literature has been reshaped with a focus on target-audience and has created today's modern literature on children and youth. Children and youth are more interested in and dealing with the daily problems of our world today. In this sense, they have begun to voice their stances and worldviews against world problems. Hamburg author writer Kirsten Boie novel, Jeder Tag ein Happening' is one of the examples of German children's literature in terms of content and style in the context of new and realistic children's and youth literature. With his novel, the author aimed to create a sample text for the development of the family conflicts of 68 generations in modern children's and youth literature, and how the ideas and rules of parents raised in this period were met in family-child relations. In this study, the work named "Jeder Tag ein Happening" of the author was analyzed in this framework by analyzing it with qualitative research / document analysis method. As a result, generational conflict and the expression of current world problems are shown.
