Regarding exclusive dealing arrangements and relations between buyers and sellers, the case of Continental Bank of Pennsylvania v. Barclay Riding Academy, Inc., known as Barclay Equestrian Center, Inc. is discussed, involving additional security required for a loan from a bank to a financially troubled borrower, which is not a violation of the Bank Holding Company Act's antitying provisions. The case California Glazed Products, Inc. v. The Burns and Russel Co. of Baltimore City is discussed, involving trademark law and tie-ins. The case Edward J. Roberts et al. v.
