- Abstract
The article presents legal developments in marketing, specifically procedural and miscellaneous developments. In the case Bos Material Handling, Inc. v. Crown Controls Corp., a California Court of Appeals found that issues of antitrust law may not be covered under arbitration clauses in dealership contracts. The United States Supreme Court case of The Pillsbury Co. et al. v. John Conboy involves witness immunity in price fixing criminal and civil proceedings. The case of Energy Conservation, Inc. v. Heliodyne, Inc. involves a lawsuit filed for the purpose of generating negative publicity for competitors in order to monopolize the relevant market.
