- Abstract
The article presents information on legal developments in marketing relative to the regulation of monopolistic methods. In regard to market control, the article discusses Federal Trade Commission (FTC) v. International Paper Company as it relates to section 7 of the Clayton Act and the FTC's injunction in the matter of a merger. Regarding collusive practices, the article discusses William Radovich v. National Football League and the exemption of professional sports from the Sherman Act.
