- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 63-yearold White female with Crohn disease (CD) and had recurrent episodes of hypoglycaemic symptoms overnight, relieved with oral intake. It mentions about Tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) inhibitors, the cornerstone in management of numerous autoimmune or inflammatory conditions and also highlights a link between inflammation and insulin resistance.
