- Abstract
The article explores the relationship among three self-concept traits, entrepreneurial orientation, and firm performance, based on survey results of 96 entrepreneurs. Path analysis was used to test the direct and indirect effects of trait variables on perceptual measures of firm performance. The author notes that self-concept was significantly related to entrepreneurial orientation or firm performance.
