The analysis that a characteristic feature of this revolution is that information has become a critical resource without which it is possible in principle to carry out business management of the modern world. Proved that the information revolution has increased the possibility of many people to monitor the changes that occur in the environment, social and political life. Despite the fact that the nature of the information economy outlined quite clearly the nature of the information society is not yet defined. The conclusion is that one of its features is the ability to better access to information, but modern society is divided into those who have access to information and those who have no such access, causing a new form of social stratification - "information rich" and "information poor". However, technological shifts in such societies do not lead to changes in political or other form of society.
