- Abstract
The article discusses the U.S. Supreme Court's (USSC's) ruling in the 2012 case Arkansas Game and Fish Commission v. United States which deals with private property laws in America, just compensation, and the Takings Clause which is contained in the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Retroactive compensation for temporary regulatory takings and the USSC case Sanguinetti v. United States are mentioned. American constitutional law and injunctive relief are also examined.
