- Authors
Shemtob, Zachary Baron
- Abstract
The article focuses on the reasons behind the lack of Protestants on the U.S. Supreme Court. It reflects two main reasons for such absence, wherein one is the issue of representation and another is larger ramifications for the U.S. political system in a situation where Catholic and Jewish justices vote differently from Protestant justices. Brief information on Catholic and Jews justices of the U.S. Supreme Court is presented including John G. Roberts, Stephen Breyer, and Clarence Thomas.
