- Abstract
The article discusses the legislative developments and the constitutional context relatd to the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. It tackles the concept of suspicionless drug testing through the use of the law developments in reclaiming the privacy right of the Fourth Amendment. It explores an initiative in repudiating the bias that hinders the efforts of the indigent litigants, who sought to vindicate the basic privacy rights.
