The article discusses whether social media impacts the public's perception of America's justice system, and it mentions the roles of lawyers on an ordered society, as well as values and the American Bar Association's Model Rules of Professional Conduct. Public confidence is addressed in relation to the unregulated use of social media by judges, attorneys, and jurors in the U.S. Public trust, professionalism, and the ethical standards of lawyers are also examined.
