- Abstract
[Objectives] The paper was to study the toxicity of 9 biocontrol microbial products to adult population of Lasioderrma serricorne. [Methods] Nine biocontrol microbes were used as test materials to study their toxicity to the experimental population of L. serricorne adults. [Results] The toxicities of these biocontrol microbes from low to high at 5 d post spraying were; Luhai Beauveria bassiana powder (£C30 = 462.752 x 10s spores/L), Meichongzhi B. bassiana powder (LCX =9 713. 157 xl0s spores/L), Yiqiang Bio B. bassiana powder (LCS0 = 11 203.321 x 10s spores/L), Nongbao Bio B. bassiana powder (LCX =12 188. 866 x 10s spores/L), Yeshengwang B. bassiana powder (LC30 =21 685.532 xl0s spores/L); Fatu Bacillus thuringiensis suspension (LCX =1.084 4 xl0s IU/L), Laojite B. thuringiensis suspension {LCX =2.056 xl0s IU/L), Lujinwa B. thuringiensis powder (IC30 =2.273 xl0s IU/L), Nongbao Bio B. thuringiensis powder (LCX = 18.399 x 10s spores/L). The toxicities of these biocontrol microbes from low to high at 10 d post spraying were; Nongbao Bio B. bassiana powder (LCX =0.072 x 10s spores/L), Yiqiang Bio B. bassiana powder (Z,C30 =2. 484 x 10s spores/L), Luhai B. bassiana powder (LCX =44.551 xl0s spores/L), Meichongzhi B. bassiana powder (LCX = 96. 447 x 10s spores/L), Yeshengwang B. bassiana powder (LCX =723.347 xl0s spores/L); Lujinwa B. thuringiensis powder (£C30 =0.000 1 xl0s IU/L), Fatu B. thuringiensis suspension (LCX = 0.045 x 10s IU/L), Laojite B. thuringiensis suspension (LCX = 0.064 4 x 10s IU/L), Nongbao Bio B. thuringiensis powder (LCX = 1.899 x 10s spores/L). The toxicities of these biocontrol microbes from low to high at 15 d post spraying were; Meichongzhi B. bassiana powder (LCX =0.001 xl0s spores/L), Nongbao Bio B. bassiana powder (LCX =0.01 xl0s spores/L), Yiqiang Bio B. bassiana powder (LC30 = 0.084 xl0s spores/L), Luhai B. bassiana powder (LC30 =2.370 xl0s spores/L), Yeshengwang B. bassiana powder (LC30 =8. 915 x 10s spores/L); Lujinwa B. thuringiensis powder (£C30 =0. 16 x 104 IU/L), Laojite B. thuringiensis suspension (LCX =0. 185 x 104 IU/L), Fatu B. thuringiensis suspension (LCS0 = 32. 211 x 1Û4 IU/L), Nongbao Bio B. thuringiensis powder (LCX = 1 590 x 104 spores/L). [Conclusions] According to the three stages of tube rubbing, it is found that the control effects of Lujinwa B. thuringiensis powder and Meichongzhi B. bassiana powder are the best, and the results will provide technical support for the biological control of L. serricorne adults.
