The 3,3'-diaminobenzidine (DAB)-stained N. benthamiana leaves were transiently transformed with cMyc (P35S-cMyc), OsCBM1 (P35S-OsCBM1), OsRacGEF1 (P35S-OsRacGEF1), and their combination, respectively.
