- Abstract
The article focuses on a report relating to the good effect of leaving oil and other fossil in the soil released by the Environmental Justice Organisations, Liabilities and Trade (EJOLT). It presents comments of Susana Fonseca and Ricardo Coelho about the report which argues that leaving oil and other fossil in the soil is a necessary and effective way to prevent climate change, biodiversity loss and risky exploitation. It discusses some initiatives to leave oil and fossil fuels in the soil.
