The article describes the case of a 51-year-old man who developed cecal giant lipoma mimicking malignancy. The patient experienced intermittent abdominal pain and constipation. Colonoscopic examination results indicated a mass lesion in the cecum composed of mature adipocytes covered by granulation tissue with cell infiltration.
