The article discusses research done by C. P. García-Pando and colleagues which investigated the use of information on wind and dust conditions in sub-Saharan Africa in predicting seasonal epidemics of meningitis in the area, published online in the March 17, 2014 issue of "Environmental Health Perspectives."
