- Abstract
The article explores the disadvantages of livestock lease agreements in Idaho. Topics discussed include the management flexibility offered by lease agreements, provision of the Idaho Code Section 25-2001 on the perfection of the interest of a lessor in leased livestock, and the need for the recording of the appropriate document with the county recorder and filing a UCC-1F financing statement with the Idaho Secretary of State to perfect any leasehold interest.
