The article provides a report from the American Bar Association (ABA) House of Delegates (House), and it mentions the ABA's 2018 Mid-Year Meeting in Vancouver, British Columbia, as well as the House's adoption of an ABA Criminal Justice Section resolution involving juror discrimination and the criminal law case Batson v.
