The article discusses the story of the Douglas DC-2 Uiver aeroplane of international airliner KLM Royal Dutch Airlines which drifted off-course to Albury Racecourse in New South Wales in 1934, and the important role of Albury people in rescuing the Uiver. Topics covered include how Uiver lost its way towards its intended course on October 23-24, 2016, the profiles of the Uiver crew, and details on how the bogged Uiver in the Albury Racecourse was rescued.
