- Abstract
The article presents a commentary on an article on cost-benefit analysis of transporting liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). It comments on the authors' failure to consider in their analysis the potential for on-road fatalities should a boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion (BLEVE) occur. It is also concerned with the suggestion that the method of using thermal coatings on truck as protection be applied for some routes only, and not for other routes.
