- Abstract
A case study of a 59‑year‑old man was evaluated for the onset of an asymptomatic diffuse erythroderma with multiple disseminated red/purple papules and patches also involving the face with a localized edema. Topics include Medical history included hypertension and a myelodysplastic syndrome with multilineage dysplasia (MDS‑MLD); and nonspecific skin manifestations in patients affected by a hematological disorder without cutaneous localization.
