- Abstract
The article presents a study which explores the aspects of analyzing the impact of international economic relations on macroeconomic equilibrium. It outlines the economic interpretation of balance of payments, a condition that depends on the balance of current transactions and capitals, which reflects the currency reserves of the country. It explores the presentation of modalities to explain the evolution of current transaction balance. It discusses the risks of excess and deficit of balance of payments that reflect the financing capacity and the financing requirement of the nation. The study revealed the situation of balance of capital as an increasing function of the ratio between the internal and external interest rate.
