- Abstract
The article discusses a study which indicated that asylum seekers and refugees in Toronto, Ontario and Geneva, Switzerland are predisposed to be cooperative with the refugee status determination (RSD) system and other immigration procedures. The perceived fairness of RSD and other legal processes is cited as a factor motivating asylum seekers to cooperate. It highlights the legal assistance provided for asylum seekers and refugees in Ontario and Geneva.
