- Abstract
The article focuses on whether the supra-legislators be accountable to the voters in electing federal judges and justices in the U.S. According to the author, judicial decisions have always been a root of controversy, commonly when they conflict with the opinion of substantial portions of the body of politic. Discussion of the Supreme Court's role as a supra-legislature, and analyses and legal citations of the author are presented.
