- Abstract
The article presents a study focusing on detection of mutations by a flexible genotyping method involving fill-in ligation reaction with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for rapid medical diagnosis. The findings include the exhibition of low sensitivity by the assay, the accurate identification of single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) in a simple and cost-effective manner by the method, and detection of SNPs for epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR).
