- Abstract
Este trabajo muestra el proceso para la localización y medición de deformidades mediante técnicas de triangulación laser y el procesamiento de imágenes digitales aplicado a una superficie reflectora que forma parte de un concentrador cilíndrico parabólico (CCP). Las deformidades en la superficie del espejo comprometen una eficiente focalización y concentración de la energía solar causando una disminución en la eficiencia del funcionamiento del concentrador. En el siguiente artículo se describen y aplican dos metodologías de análisis óptico a una superficie reflectora de un concentrador solar cilíndrico-parabólico (CCP). Dichos métodos se basan en la triangulación láser y el procesamiento de imágenes digitales con el fin realizar un análisis de bajo costo y de una precisión plausible como alternativa a métodos convencionales de alto costo. El primer método se centra en la detección de irregularidades basado en la diferencia de elevación entre diversos puntos del espejo. Mientras que el segundo método se centra en los efectos de desvió del foco de concentración causado por las irregularidades en la superficie del espejo utilizando geometría óptica. Este ultimo analiza el efecto de las deformaciones en la superficie perturbando la reflexión de un láser hacia el punto focal. Ambos métodos tienen como objetivo desarrollar un análisis preciso para interpretar las deformaciones superficiales y determinar sus orígenes mecánicos, pero siendo lo suficientemente versátiles para poder ser recreados sin la necesidad de un costo elevado a comparación de los métodos convencionales.
