- Title

- Authors
TIMPERMAN, KRISTIN
- Abstract
This article aims to show the inadequacies of the No Pass-No Drive Statute of Kentucky. It first examines the prospect of a special circumstances provision by examining other states' versions of No Pass-No Drive laws and then explores reasons why such a provision is beneficial. The article also examines the possibility of a general educational development (GED) provision and explains the benefits of such a provision. Finally, this article proposes that Kentucky's statute be amended to include other provisions.
