- Abstract
The article discusses the development of the Special Projects of National Significance Prevention with HIV-Infected Persons Seen in Primary Care Settings Initiative (Preventions with Positives Initiatives) of the Health Resources and Services Administration in the U.S. The Preventions with Positives Initiatives was formed to increase prevention efforts addressing the needs of HIV-positive persons. The behavioral interventions in ten of the fifteen demonstration sites funded as part of the Preventions with Positives Initiative are explored along with the results from each site.
