- Abstract
This article presents a case of diagnosis of occupational contact dermatitis in a medical technician, assembling electrodes to the lens catheters. His disease was diagnosed as lichenified eczema and was supposed to be a result of epoxy resin sensitivity. Symptom of the disease was the occasional accompaniment of swelling of the upper eyelid. Patch tests gave positive reactions to epoxy resin and negative reactions to hardeners used for manufacturing the apparatus.
