- Abstract
The article discusess the diagnosis of hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis in a young child with fever and unexplained acute kidney injury. It mentions involvement of a multisystem involvement including renal parenchymal infiltration and inflammation in the same; and use of pulse steroids followed by oral prednisolone for treating the same.
