Kerre, S.; Goossens, A.
- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 35-year-old nurse with a two-month history of bilateral eczema involving her forearms. The patient developed contact dermatitis one month after she had started working on the catheterization unit of a hospital. It notes that the patient likewise used antiseptic skin cleansers and occasionally hand creams. It discusses the dermatological aspects of ethylene oxide which is relevant on the patient's case.
