- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 45-year-old Chinese male patient with a history of asymptomatic macules on the head and face area which was diagnosed as cutaneous plasmacytosis. The results of histopathology and immunohistopathological study confirmed the diagnosis, which led physicians to prescribe prednisone, thalidomide and tacrolimus. A discussion on the history and clinical features of cutaneous plasmacytosis is offered.
