- Abstract
This article aims to perform an analysis in the format of a systematic review of the literature available in the databases Web of Science, Scopus, Scielo, Spell and BDTD, on the innovation radar. This study is classified as descriptive and with a qualitative approach. The technique used for data treatment was content analysis, by consulting articles and dissertations in the time frame from 2011 to 2020. The radar measures the degree of innovation, making the company reflect on its current stage of innovative maturity. It is generally perceived that the radar methodology brings positive results for companies, where it helps entrepreneurs to detect problems that are transformed into improvement actions. As negative points, the radar in its application requires a lot of time to complete the interview in the question phase and the information passed on does not have the construction of answers with all employees.
