- Abstract
The article examines the student success in top 20 enrolled courses of undergraduate students at a national online university to determine the impact of demographic differences among students, including gender, ethnicity, age and military status, on academic achievement in a multi-semester cross-curricular study. The study analyzes multiple semester sessions across curricular areas. The relation of end of course Grade Point Average (GPA) with student demographic characteristics was investigated.
