- Abstract
An editorial on the topic of first episode psychosis and the issue of its medication discontinuation is presented. It reports that the patients of the first episode psychosis (FEP) after a certain period of medication asks for stopping the medication. The clinician and the patients needs to understand the importance of medication doses and the consequences of its discontinuation.
