- Abstract
The article discusses how dominant news coverage shaped Canadian cyberbullying law, Bill C-13, the Protecting Canadians from Online Crime Act. Topics include the Act reflecting a uniquely Canadian construction of cyberbullying as a social problem, and results of a mixed method content analysis of Canadian print news frames of the deaths of four teenage victims of cyberbullying including Jamie Hubley, Amanda Todd and Todd Loik.
