- Abstract
The article discusses the study which examines the students attendance in a law degree and their student engagement in legal education in Australia. The study poses the question why students tend to neglect the opportunities afforded to them to facilitate learning. It inquires about the methods used in teaching of legal education why students are being de-motivated. It emphasizes student attendance as an important ingredient of student engagement and learning especially for learning opportunities that need physical student presence.
