- Abstract
The article focuses on the concept of organizational learning associated with the learning opportunities offered by organizations to employees. It states that the two types of learning are informative and transformative. The four essential steps which should be taken by an individual for a transformative learning include the critical reflection of self-behavior, changes in values and assumptions, and changes in behavior.
